Kafie Family & Honduras

In 2007 my love affair with Honduras was ignited.  Our family has a history in Honduras since 1901.  We are proud of our country, its people, and our exquisite natural resources.  Tobacco and Coffee from Honduras are two worlds that I wish to bring together for connoisseurs and enthusiasts to enjoy. 

 

The journey into coffee for our family began in 1933.  Vivian, my wife whom is also from Honduras happens to comprise the third generation in her family to be involved in the coffee business.

 

Together we decided to create a socially responsible coffee company that would deliver the finest organic fair trade coffee to the U.S. market.  Being involved in the tobacco business as well, we decided to partner up with Cigar Rights for America to defend premium cigars against FDA regulation. 

 

A percentage of each sale will benefit the mission of Cigar Rights of America, which works to protect the premium cigar industry in the United States as well as Honduras, and throughout Latin America.
